THE HOUSE

ROOMS

 
On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, two of which have a terrace. The bathrooms (2) are equipped with shower and bathtub.
On the third floor there is a habitable attic with double terrace.​
DINING AND LIVING AREA

On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, fireplace and television,  a large dining room with independent kitchen and a bathroom.
THE GARDEN
 
The house is surrounded by a large private garden and a terracotta patio where it is possible to have dinner and breakfast.
